How long will someone take to come back to me?Updated a month ago

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 1 working day, sadly during busier times this can take up to 3 working days. We will always get back to you, it might just take longer when we're very busy!

Busier times include the run up to Christmas and when we have a batch of deliveries arriving from India.

If you’ve already messaged us about a return or a replacement then we will waive any rules around return periods while we work on getting back to you as soon as possible.
