We would love for you to consider swapping an item instead of returning it to help us further reduce the environmental impact of shopping.

When you return an item it needs to be sent back to us, processed and then sold/sent out again.

This creates more emissions than sending directly to someone via a swap, it also increases business costs which in turn could prevent us being able to offer the prices we do and our ability to provide free swaps.

Swaps by Unfolded is our platform that allows you to swap an item that doesn’t fit or that you don’t love with another Unfolder - for free!

We do this to extend the life of your garments and also to reduce the potential for anything to be wasted during returns. It also reduces logistics emissions by 50%.
