How do I return an item?Updated an hour ago

You can of course return if you're not happy with your Unfolded item, whether the fit isn't right or you just don't love it. (And if anything is faulty - please get in touch with our team on [email protected] and we'll help you straight away!) 

We try to reduce returns as they are hugely damaging to the planet and are one of the biggest areas of waste in retail. If you’re considering buying two sizes, please speak to our team and they can help you narrow it down and pick the right size. And if you have any questions about a product before ordering, we're always here to help!

If you do need to return, we offer three options:

1. The Free Option - Swaps by Unfolded 

To help reduce returns we’ve created Swaps by Unfolded - a platform where you can swap an item you don’t love with someone else in the Unfolded community. List your item, offer to swap and we’ll cover the postage between you and the other Unfolder. This is the most planet friendly option for returns. You'll find Swaps by Unfolded here.

2. Sell or Swap in the Unfolded Creator Group

You can also sell or swap an item at any time in the Unfolded Creators Group. There are thousands of Unfolded shoppers in the group and items often go within an hour or two of posting. It might be a couple of days for your post to be accepted as we group them for maximum impact. 

3. 14 Day Money Back Return

If you don’t want to swap or sell - you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund excluding any shipping costs. 

If you choose this option, it’s your responsibility to pay for postage to return the item to our partners in Nottingham. We recommend a tracked service for the postage but not signed. Just message our team and we'll help you with the steps to return.

(And of course, if your item is faulty we will look at finding a solution for you, whether that's a new item or a refund, and we'll cover the cost of postage both ways!)
