Our returns policy allows 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us of a return.

We understand that when orders are shipped close together — for example, within a week or so — customers may prefer to return items together, and we’re usually happy to accommodate that.

However, when there’s a longer gap between shipment dates, we would need each item to be returned within 14 days of its individual delivery date in line with our returns policy.

You can return multiple orders in the same parcel, as long as you register the return for each item and include the separate RMA numbers (so our returns team can identify what orders the returned items belong to).
