While our production process only starts after you order, it isn’t a traditional ‘made to order’ model - which is quite a different setup. We commit to a certain amount of fabric with our factory, who then set up a size curve and the dimensions for each size are entered into a computer system to calculate the most efficient way to cut the fabric so that no unnecessary wastage is created. That means that some sizes can get sold out, even if production hasn’t started yet.
