What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item?Updated 2 years ago
We are really sorry if you have received a faulty or damaged item.
In these rare circumstances, we will of course look to offer you a solution, whether that is an exchange of a faulty item or if you've received the wrong size by mistake, a refund or another solution that works better for you.
The first thing to do is to send us a photo of your item, showing any faults or issues - if it's the wrong size, a note with the measurements is also very helpful. Send this to [email protected] and include your order number, and we'll get right on sorting things out for you!
