How long should my order take to come?Updated 4 days ago

You'll see an estimated shipping date on every product - just select a size and scroll down. This is the current estimated shipping date based on the information we have from our amazing factories and logistics partners. It can change, but normally doesn't. Once you order, you'll get regular update emails about where your product is in the production process.

Your items will be despatched as soon as possible after they complete production. You may receive items in separate deliveries, as they are packed up and shipped with other items completed in the same batch. We do this to reduce emissions and waste.

Our products are developed and designed by our product team in collaboration with the factory in India, and with input from 1000s of our customers. Once we are happy with a product we put it on sale.

Following this, production of the style begins, and the length of time this takes depends on a number of factors - some items can be made in 2-3 weeks, and some take longer. We show the date on a product before you order - just select a size on the product page and scroll down to see this when you are ordering. The date will also be shown in your order confirmation email.

Once a production batch is finished, the whole batch of orders is checked and packed by our logistics partner in India. From there it takes around 10-12 days to arrive in the UK and clear customs, which can vary slightly.

Once in the UK the order is handed over to Royal Mail, who will deliver within 48 hours. You will receive tracking info for this as soon as it is available. Throughout the production process you will also receive regular email updates so you know what is happening with your order.
