How Does The Archive Sale Work?Updated 19 days ago

Our Archive Sale features a limited selection of clothes from past collections, offered at up to 50% off the original price. They are a combination of unworn returns, ad samples and the little amount of extra pieces we make in case of any issues. These items are already made, which means they ship faster than our made-to-order pieces.

Archive items may be shipped from the UK or India, depending on where the item is stored. Orders typically ship within 3–21 days. With Archive sale items, delivery time will depend on whether it is shipped directly from our logistics partners in the UK, or if it will go in one of our weekly shipments from India.

Once the item is shipped, we are unfortunately not able to cancel your order, but you may be able to return it (for a fee) or swap it for free using our swap platform or Facebook community group, where you can also sell items.

Once your order is on the way, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation and Royal Mail tracking.  We are constantly improving our updates and notifications, so thank you for your patience if any information is confusing; please let us know and we will be happy to help!
