How do I track my order?Updated 10 days ago

We send regular updates about your order and where it is in the production process. Because Unfolded is on a mission to change the fashion industry and reduce waste, we do things a little bit differently - and our products may take longer to arrive than you are used to.

We always want to make sure you know where your item is in the process, whether it is getting stitched in the factory, at pick & pack or in transit from the factory in India. We send you email updates with updated information so you know what to expect, and we're also working on a tracking platform specific to Unfolded - this is a big project!

In the meantime, do check your emails for updates, and if you have any questions, please check in with our team. 

Once your item has arrived in the UK the order is handed over to Royal Mail, who will deliver within 48 hours. You will receive Royal Mail tracking info for this as soon as it is available. Throughout the production process you will also receive regular email updates so you know what is happening with your order.
